The Product Development Engineering performs in the management of multidisciplinary teams the platforms - responsible for developing both new products and new processes. With integration of work teams, the Product Development Engineering is able to provide a wide range of services to the automakers, which are worth to mention:
Exposed Parts
With a heavy-press center equipped with fully enclosed, automated 1,000 to 2,000 tons lines, granting a seamless production process with no human contact - a key factor extremely important for stamping exposed parts of vehicles, which use steel coated by electroplating or hot-dip galvanization processes. Parts such as side doors, hoods, fenders and roofs are highlighted.
Structural Parts
Parts usually derived from high strength steels, hardened by phase transformation applied to structural and reinforcement parts. This manufacturing process generates parts which are widely used in structural components of high mechanical performance and good welding characteristics.
General Stamping
Other items stamped with press lines ranging from 100 to 2,000 tons, medium and large stamping capacity, as well as average, deep and extra-deep level stamping parts, with automated, progressive or manual production lines.
Deflectors
Exclusive line for stamping aluminum product of which special characteristics requires specialized technology in the stamping process with use of hydraulic presses.
Fine Cut
Stamping of thin cutting or fine blank is a plate processing technology which allows the fabrication of components ready for use, in order to obtain perfectly smooth surfaces and high dimensional accuracy, thus, eliminating the process of machining all faces. Another feature is the possibility of cutting metals of large thickness (1-15 mm) and PROTOTYPES.
