Bodies (Complex Body-in-White)
Manufacturing line of full cabin of trucks, including the entire production process of a module frame of a cabin, as pre-closure welding, soldering geometry station with cabin closure by robots, graphage line of the doors and final review. After this phase the product is able to be electrostatic painted (e.colt).
Welded Components
Automatic lines, equipped with subsets welding robots, as well as assembled, welded and painted groups, such as complete floors, chassis of the cargo bay for light and commercial vehicles, as well as complete subsets for vehicle sides. Its production units are equipped with high precision machinery and equipment associated with computerized systems with assured product quality.
