FUEL SYSTEMS
In the area of fuel tanks, AETHRA jumped ahead in developing the latest generation of fuel tanks in organo-metallic coated steel plates which are entirely ecological. The new tank was developed with Brazilian technology and is already being installed in vehicles exported to South America and Europe, taking into account also the stringent standards of California PZEV - U.S. and EURO 5.
In this product, Aethra is considered as duly systemist by the fact it provides the system comprising both the Fuel Tank and the Filler Tube in organo-metallic coated steel, being final system mounted at the costumers production line.
In this sense, Aethra has a specific line assembly to the product considered as safety equipment using continuous programmable and automated welding process with wire loss detection capability, besides the computerized equipment and robots, for mounting and welding of the components and shaping the filling steel tubes.
