Today Aethra has an exclusive area to carry out stamping simulations, which has specialized softwares (Autoform and Pam-stamp) and properly trained professionals to perform pre and post calculation. Through the mentioned softwares the development and process optimization, cost reduction, springback studies and compensation are conducted as well as the product feasibility.
In several studies conducted among the automakers, the company performs continuous feedback between the simulation and try-out phases, which has led to excellent results.
